  • Setting up and processing participant loans and loan repayments.
  • Determining profit sharing and matching allocations.
  • Allocating gains, losses and forfeitures to plan participants.
  • Performing year-end testing, including coverage tests, top-heavy tests, ADP/ACP tests and other non-discrimination tests.
  • Correcting failed year-end tests.
  • Completing the necessary steps in a plan termination.
  • Preparing Form 5500, Form 1099rs, Form 945, Form 5330 and all other required retirement plan filings (see employee benefit plan filings for more information).

The DOL and IRS each have their own set of rules and regulations related to the filing requirements for employee benefit plans.

  • Our staff also has experience in preparing filings for employee benefit plans through various correction programs offered by the DOL and IRS.
