Employee Benefit Plan Filings

The DOL and IRS each have their own set of rules and regulations related to the filing requirements for employee benefit plans.
  • We will work with your organization to ensure that all of your plan’s filing requirements are met in a timely fashion.
  • Our staff also has experience in preparing filings for employee benefit plans through the DOL’s Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program (VFCP).
