Scott Danger – Business Partner

Mr. Danger joined the Firm in 2001. Prior to 2001, Mr. Danger practiced as a CPA in New Ulm, MN as well as holding positions in private industry. Mr. Danger is a 1992 graduate of Minnesota State University Mankato with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Accounting and Finance. He is registered and licensed to practice as a CPA in Minnesota, Kentucky and Arkansas. Scott works with business clients out of the Mankato and Edina offices. Mr. Danger also has the following qualifications:

• 14 years of experience working with business clients in the areas auditing, accounting and tax preparation
• 14 years of experience working with individuals in tax planning and tax preparation
• Oversees the Firm’s Business Valuation practice
• Extensive experience working with manufacturing and construction clients
• Member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA)
• Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)
• Member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA)
• Graduate of the Mankato Area Leadership program
• Volunteer for Greater Mankato Area United Way Connecting Kids Initiative
• Past board member of Junior Achievement of Mankato
• Volunteer for various other boards and organizations
