Erik Leagjeld – Business Partner

Mr. Leagjeld joined the Firm in 1994 after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and is registered and licensed to practice as a CPA in Minnesota, Iowa and South Dakota. Erik works with business clients out of the Mankato office. Mr. Leagjeld also has the following qualifications:

• 17 years of experience working with businesses on development of best practices
• Assisting clients with accounting, auditing, and business and personal tax preparation and planning
• Assisted audit clients in fraud investigation and implementing internal control systems and controls
• Extensive experience working with construction, dealership and manufacturing clients
• Consulting with businesses on development of ideas to make their businesses run better
• Member of the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA)
• Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)
• Board Treasurer for the Mankato Area Foundation
• Board member for the Brian Fazio incubator program
• Graduate of the Mankato Area Leadership program
• Past associate member of the Minnesota River Builders Association
• Volunteer for various other boards and organizations including coaching and leading local youth sports
